We can only accept returns on items if made within 10 days of receipt, after this time we reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges. Goods must be returned in the same condition as received unless damage is caused by faulty workmanship, in these circumstances only will a full refund or replacement be given. Normal wear and tear cannot be considered a fault.
We reserve the right to increase prices without notification where due to exchange rates, import duty, etc.

Postage is calculated as follows:
Orders £10.00 - £24.99 = 26% of cost (minimum order = £10.00)
Orders £25.00 - £74.99 = 16% of cost
Orders over £75.00 = 11% of cost
Overseas orders may incur an additional charge for shipping, you will be notified separately by email when your order is received.
